Skylar McElwee graduated from the University of Alaska Anchorage in the spring of 2021 with an undergrad in Theatre Performance and a minor in Dance. She came out as Transgender three years prior, on the 4th of July, 2018. Since then, she has pursued a career as a voice actress, when she isn't busy with her day job working at the local courthouse. One day, she hopes to move outside of Alaska, but until then you'll find her in a dark closet recording lines off her phone.

Up until this point, most of her work as been on or behind stage, Skylar was thrilled to be able to narrate a wonderful story for the The Wicked Library! Her gratitude and excitement hopefully shine through into her voice as she tells more wonderful stories in the future.
